Very well pleased with their service. Unfortunately the order was lost/misdelivered by USPS, when vendor was notified of this situation they immediately replaced the shipment which arrived on the third day after notification they could not have done more to rectify the booboo by USPS. Could not ask for any better response!

My shippment arrived almost as fast as "SUPERMAN" would have delivered it....almost that is Shippment was delivered with 100% correct items Your "LEDs" are far more brighter than the ones I get from RadioShack. My future orders for LEDs will now be through Modeltrainsoftware than RadioShack All round "Better Quality"
