After seeing the wonderful program on CNN Anderson Cooper 360, I learned about Books N Bros and the Eye See Me bookstore! What a wonderful online shop! Not only does the 'brick and mortar' store look fun and inviting to shop in, shopping online is equally enjoyable. I plan on shopping here first for ALL MY BOOK NEEDS. Amazon is great, don't get me wrong, but I rather 'shop local' here at this wonderful site!

p.s. My 'kids' at my favorite Boys and Girls Club ADORE all the books I have purchased for them. My own two kids are a bit jealous. So I will have to bring them over some time to enjoy some of those books too!

As a school principal and parent, I believe it is critical to show children characters that highlight people of color. For our families to be surrounded with so many options was amazing! Kids were excited to see so many black and brown faces adorning the covers of the books. We can't wait to visit the store after our bookfair!
