Website was easy to use and online shopping experience was good. Only criticism I have on that, is that there was no estimated delivery date. I sent an email to enquire and got no reply. I then phoned the helpline and service was fast, friendly and efficient. I was given another email address to try and response was quick and my questions all answered. Package delivered very quickly after stock was received.
