It was the wrong fender I order black I sent the red one back and received the black one and it was perfect thank you for the fast response and getting the problem resolved

Everything is fine except for the paint! A month later, rust appears in some places !!!

I bought this from the Corporate office on Rte.1 and I Love it. There were some Mishaps due to shoddy assembly work, but I worked it out and ride it frequently. Thank you for sending a replacement light - great service! I am a bit intimidated with the prospect of replacing the entire section to the connector and may splice the new light in instead.

I absolutely love my bike. It's a very cool unique scooter and it gets a lot of attention.

Customer service was also very prompt and helpful.

I would suggest adding a how-to manual and also an explanation of how to adjust the bike to get up to top speed. But other than that everything is great. It's my first scooter and i could not be more pleased.

We absolutely love our FatBear City. It’s essentially become a vehicle replacement. Uphill, gravel, and even off-road there is nowhere the scooter can’t go. Well built and solid range with the 30ah battery.
We get compliments everywhere we go. If you’re thinking about a FatBear, just do it.

yes I love it, it works perfectly

I do love my bike and I'm happy I purchased it. I've had my bike for 9 months now and I have place over 500 miles on her. In fact I bet it's close to 700, but if you leave the bike unplugged for to long the mileage resets to zero, which is frustrating. Few things that need improvement. First the handle bar get loose and needs monthly tightening. The battery after my extensive use over the winter and pulling into the summer. The 30 AH battery no longer holds the full range needed when purchasing the bike. I believe I get a solid 15-17 miles on a full charge; however, when I first purchased it the bike did reach 30 miles plus on a full charge. I also have no problems reaching the top speed of 30 mph and I weight 230 lbs at 6 feet tall. Love the ride, I just wish I could rely on the range still. Lastly, get some better tires. You need to come up with an off-road style or more aggressive street tread. I've already had over 15 screws and nails go in the back tire. Not saying it's your fault for the tires, but we need better options.

People, if your looking to purchase this bike I highly recommend it. Even with the small problems I found I still love riding it everyday. I've been on the bike in -5 to 120 degree weather and it rocks. You must get the 30 AH battery or your just not going to have enough time to ride it with enjoyment. I will eventually just get a second battery so I can go greater distance. It's quiet, smooth and fun. Turns head everywhere I go.
