I am crazy about my scooter. I got it for my aging English Bulldog who still likes to run around the block in my neighborhood. Now she runs part of the way, jumps on the scooter with me and I let her rest a few minutes and then she jumps off to run again. Rinse and repeat. The scooter is fun and fast and the battery lasts for over a week. It’s my favorite new toy!!

Excellent, love it. Went together easy but keys are located in tool bag and charger was located in box that looked like the box the mirrors came in. You definitely need locktite for all the screws dealing with steering and the handle bars are they work loose.

Great “run around” the community scooter. No problem keeping to the 25 mph speed limit we have. It does have a different turn radius than a bike or a motorcycle, is that due to the smaller tires?

I love my scooter. When I've needed help they respond within 24 - 48 hours and are extremely nice. The scooter it self rides smooth. The horn is loud enough for cars to hear. I scared myself the first time I pushed the horn button

I have put over 70 miles on mine on the golf courses, and street. I am 200+ pounds, so top speed is around 20 mph. But runs 12 mph. all day on 1. Each round is about 8 miles to and from the club house, so 2 rounds on a charge is all I dare go until I get my spare battery. My only issues are. The seat has a molded plastic base under the cushion, instead of metal. And the Scout is not setup for adding the golf bag carrier. ( I drilled out the mounting bar to mount under the seat. ) Easy fix. Runs Great! I like it!

I have a 2019 Fat tire scooter. Beside disconnecting the safety switched to keep from breaking down when i was cought out in the rain, i have no complaints. Scooter became my primary transportation for 2 yrs now. I have over 20,000 miles on mine. On my 4th set if tires! Ive been hit by twice on it and was able to torch and straighten back out. Tough little scooter. Bout ready to start replacing a few things like the brakes and other 20,000 mile components. Having a hard time finding replacement parts. Had to order another rear wheel motor hub from China when i put 1000 miles on it. Design flaw. Was able to fix the flaw with the new one. The side plates came with no washers for the hex bolts. Went to Home Depot n got #4 washers that i hand filed to fit perfectly super reinforcing the bolt to not waddle out the plate. Have around 19,000 miles on it so far. Heck yea

Excellent value as neighborhood transportation to visit neighbors, go to clubhouse, and retrieve mail from the kiosk. No written assembly instrhctions provided but found similar scooter assembly on youtube. Only other downside is battery usage meter is very coarse and I had to walk the scooter back to the house once. I now keep it at least half charged but usually only needed once a week.
