While I do appreciate the fact the sample was free, it wasn't really much of a "sample". I would have maybe expected at least a half a pan to maybe even a full pan to work and obviously would have paid more for shipping. I would have also liked maybe a not so free version to choose from where I could pan more then $0.25 worth of gold. Maybe a $5.00 or $10.00 sample with a few dollars worth of gold to try would have given me a better chance to see "The Gourmet Gold". I honestly was so disappointed with my sample, I threw the paperwork that came with it away without even reading it and threw the $0.25 worth of gold into my bucket of concentrates I have set aside for the winter months. Like I said, I did appreciate the freebie, was left a bit disappointed. I am extremely hesitant to spend $120 or more for a bag that has "no guarantee" on the amount of gold - If I were say only to get a gram or so, I would be furious. I'll stick with the paydirt that has a minimum amount of gold and sometimes (fairly often) a little bit extra, and every bag is still an adventure of it's own.

Got the sample bag. There was some gold in it, probably more than others. The only problem I had was paying 2 dollars for the single postage stamp it took to get to me over a week later. So it's not exactly free but it's only two bucks. Time to receive is the main issue for me.

Ordered free sample. Glad I didn't order a expensive bag. Free sample cost $2. Used one stamp for envelope 45cents, less than 50cents of gold in sample. Result is that felix paydirt makes a profit from the "free sample" they offer.

This is not a real concentrate but an artificial blend with hammer flattened tiny gold flakes. Gold sample doesn’t worth even a postage expenses. Cheap attraction for diletants.

Great product and fast shipping! A little expensive to ship to canada, but the 1.86 grams from the first run through is great and worth it, nice little .68 nugget aswell
