Great experience with the free sample bag. Had a couple small flakes in it. At first I had my doubts that there was any gold in the tiny free sample but I was shocked. I will definitely purchase a bigger bag next time I order paydirt.

An overall good experience. Easy ordering process, quick arrival, and you would never know there's even dirt with gold in that envelope. As far as quantity or quality of actual gold, the look of the little bit that was recovered shows a high quality. Quantity though, 2 minut pickers. One larger than the other measuring just barely shy of 4mm, second one almost exactly half of first, closer to 2mm. Total weight; too small to register on scales.
I'll try a few different paydirt companies and once funds become available I'll purchase an actual load from whichever company appears best.

My 5 year old and I panned for gold for the first time with the sample bag. The only person who might have been more excited than me was him when he spotted the first gold piece. He is now super excited to have 3 pieces of Alaska gold
