I got my flag sooner than expected (rightfully so after paying $30 for express shipping), but the edges of the flag were sewn in a way that the corners will never lay flat. Otherwise, the image translated well onto the flag. It's also pretty transparent in the light, but that may be expected.

This company provided me with what is probably one of the best customer experiences I've ever had! I decided to see a flag could be shipped and received in less than one week, fully expecting the answer to be no, but they were able to get it done! Not only that, I worked with someone on the design of my flag and they were able to get it to look exactly how I wanted after I had struggled with the image. You would expect all this to be very expensive, but with everything it turned out to be about the same price as competitors were charging for the flag alone. 11/10

We could not be happier with our flag! We wanted a combined team flag, and I designed the artwork on Photoshop. We needed to rush our order, so selected the rush shipping. While it was more, it was worth it because the flag came in 3 days! The customer service team was very responsive and let me know as soon as my flag had shipped. My boyfriend was so impressed with how it came out, he said it could pass for licensed materiel! We would absolutely order here again.

Very professional and quick to help with questions and responds fast.my only complaint would be that th 2 sided flag is very heavy and has material between. It's 2 flags sewn together. I thought it would be a single flag double print so I had to take it down from the flag pole because the wind wouldn't pick it up unless it was extremely windy. Other than that it looks good and even received it early
