Ordered a kamodo joe on sunday, received following thursday. Owners brother really helpful. Only point to note is third party courier will leave the delivery on kerbside (our kamodo package was huge and heavy!)

Having read some of Garden Box reviews I must say I was a little apprehensive about placing my order..
So for the record I can honestly say these reviews are a million miles away from my experience.
Great service from Rick, kept me up to date with the delivery of my Kamado Joe Big Joe and also gave me some free charcoal to try.
So all in all great service, great price and great after sales.

Thank you Rick for all your help and advice with the purchase of my new bbq. From the first call that I made to discuss a bbq I’ve had first class help. There was no pressure to buy or to purchase the most expensive bbq. I was given lots of choice with a couple being cheaper than the one I eventually chose. Rick then put a custom bundle of free extras together for my needs. My expectations were exceeded when delivery was arranged ahead of the suggested timescale, with regular updates. I took delivery of my Napoleon Pro 825 yesterday and have used it today to bbq for myself and wife. The steak was amazing. Looking forward to using it again tomorrow on our wedding anniversary.
