I love the product, so much so that I have made 2 orders and have spent a lot of money. I have purchased 12 wine glasses, 1 decanter, 4 whiskey glasses, 4 champagne flutes and 4 martini glasses. The second shipment contained a wine glass with a chipped lip. I have emailed the company 3 times...3 times and no one has responded (9/21, 9/24, 9/25). There is no 800 number to call. Customer service in response to damaged product is non existent and all I can continue to do is send emails I guess to try and get this wine glass replaced. I even have the wine glass in the original packaging ready to send back, but cannot get anyone to respond to my emails. Customer service is great getting the product shipped out, and once they have your money, apparently the do not respond. Very, very disappointed at their lack of follow through.

I bought 2 Sagrada Stemless Wine Glasses, they are beautiful and a pleasure to drink from. Unfortunately the day I received them I dropped one and it shattered so I just have one now. They remind me of a visit to the Sagrada Familia while bicycling in Spain a few years ago.

Beautiful glasses. They are not slightly "v" shaped , but shorter and straight like a scotch glass. Would have prefered thwy were shaped as pictured and taller.
