These glasses are beautiful. Not so thin that I am afraid they will break. I was so happy with them that I ordered the tall ones and the decanter.

'Sagrada' Goblet Wine Glasses
To be honest I was super excited to get these glasses .i am aware that they are all hand blown and hand painted and each will be different. However when received 2 have bubbles in the glass and one glass has paint missing . I would have thought for the cost of these glasses more care would have been taken . I like different artistic items but hesitate to order the decanter .

I have been trying to have a glass that was sent damaged replaced since December 2018. I emailed Linda and initially they sent a return label PDF. I sent the damaged glass back and was expecting a replacement. It never came. Linda provided me a tracking number that gave no specific street address, just my home town. This item never came to me. I emailed to let them know with no response. I had to go on to the website and send an email to the contact us address before I received a response. Supposedly they never received my email even though I responded directly to Linda’s emails. They suggested that I check with my neighbors and around the house for the package. I have checked with neighbors, and I have checked every possible spot around the house. I’m out the wine glass, I’m out the $25 it cost, and I’m sick of waiting for a response. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
