Great product!
So far so good. Been using it for approximately two weeks. We have a pet that has all of the sudden decided not to use his litter box. This product does a great job at cleaning up after him. By far the best product we’ve used so far, and we have tried a lot. While this is not a deterrent, it’s an excellent way to stay on top of pet stains. It also works on kitchen counters after a messy cooking session. Highly recommended.

I was extremely disappointed as we were planning to use at the apartment complex I manage but do not want to cause further issues and mess. I purchased this & was excited to try it. I went home and tried to remove oil from my driveway. Not only is the oil stains still there but it spread it making the area around the stain darker. Yes, I tried 2 more times following the directions and no other change.

I'm surprised how good it made our carpet look
We bought it to clean up messes from our new puppy and it works really well on these spots.
I also tried it on the badly stained heavy traffic areas on our beige carpet. We hand treated the worst area twice and WOW! I can't believe how nice that area looks. Up until then, I figured I would have to replace the carpet.
When we do the rest of the carpet, I know it's going to look great.

I am the one who purchased the product and was not sure what my husband would think. My husband said that our very old carpet looked cleaner after using Genesis 950 in a Rug Doctor machine. He also thought it looked better than when we had cleaned it with the Rug Doctor chemicals. Finally, the cat smell (cats are still with us which is reason we are keeping the very old carpet) is gone, and it did not disappear last time when we did two cleanings on the same day with the Rug Doctor. One cleaning with Genesis 950 did it all! We are super impressed. Can't wait to see what else it can do.

Love the product!
Using the product for the first time on pet stains -- It did a fantastic job on the stains. I found that using a garden type sprayer to mix up the 50/50 ratio per the directions was the most efficient way to do entire rooms -- Use the garden sprayer to spray the carpet and then I waited 40 minutes (the extra 10 minutes really helped) before using my Bissel Carper cleaner.
I found that the stains came up with very little effort compared to using the Bissell Pet Cleaning solution. In addition, once the carpet dried -- we could really tell the difference in the areas that were cleaned and not cleaned.

Easy transaction with prompt free shipping. Received my order the same week all 3 dogs had an intestinal virus. Every rug in the house was hit. I pretreated spots with the spray bottle, then used the solution in a Shark Sonic rug scrubber. It did an incredible job. My only complaint is the strong chemical smell. I opened Windows and lit a scented candle, and it dissipated within an hour. I would highly recommend the product, a must have with pets in the house.

The product works really good. The only issue is the strong odor left after the cleaning was complete. I mixed the product as instructed, and the odor was pretty strong. My wife is very sensitive to any odors. The chemical odor left after the cleaning made her have to leave the house for a few hours.

I just started using it today. I have a house full of special needs kitties some with urinary problems some with brain issues so they get confused and quite often miss the litter box. Worked for a few hours but then the odor came back. While it was on the affected area adn wet, there was no odor, however, after it dried, the odor returned. I used it in a steam cleaner. I guess if I steam cleaned once q week the smell would slowly dissipate. Like most products, promise a lot, deliver much less.

Ken, I am very sorry to hear you did not get the result you were hoping for, from reading your comments there could be a number of reasons; 1 / Insufficient exposure time - 950 takes time to break down the stain - Let it soak for 10-20mins, 2/ Insufficient area covered - You do not mention the stain just the odor, it is likely that the urine has a much larger footprint in the underpadding. 3/ Insufficient water rinsing - Genesis 950 breaks the stains bonds but the water rinse with vacuum is what removes the contamination. Additional rinsing may be required - If you have any questions PLEASE call our office we are always happy to help
