Jury is still out after a year or more. here is what concerns me and im sure this same issue is same for all similar companies. Issue is when recovery is made for lost/missing product the fee is not credited/reversed months later when amazon locates lost/missing products. company did follow up and i was incorrect. they keep track of missing inventory returned :)

I wanted to follow up with you on this and let you know that Getida reconciles our reimbursements monthly, and if Amazon retracts a reimbursement that was previously approved based on a case filed by Getida and does not supplement that reversal with a unit of inventory, we will provide a credit to your billing statement equal to the amount of our original fees.

While they may have gotten some money back. There's no one to talk to; if you have any questions or concerns, you will need to wait months until you get a very simple answer they knew all along. (Didn't answer because didn't want to look bad.) I would be so understanding if only they were straight with me right away. They will always answer you with long paragraphs to make it look professional. You will not find your answer there. I was really disappointed with their customer service time and time again.
