Bought a wall clock as a 50th wedding anniversary gift for my parents. The mechanism didn’t work. To try to rectify this, I was sent a replacement clock mechanism to fix myself. This didn’t work, so I was given a refund. Totally unacceptable

Father in law loved his gift. However, I paid extra for personalisation which ended up being a printed sticker inside the front cover! I was expecting it to be embossed on the cover or at least printed on the title page not a sticker placed in like a schoolchilds name tag. It probably does specify somewhere on the website however I bought it in a hurry so if it does I've missed it. Read carefully!
