Thought I would try this site for a personal secret Santa gift .I’ve had to trace this parcel up as 1st one got lost so ordered a replacement and still waiting but took my money straight away. Hopefully I’ll receive it in time and it looks like I have to to the chasing up again on the parcel.I tried ringing to speak to someone but couldn’t get no answer. Ordered a personalised mug for my sons Christmas present. First mug came smashed I sent a picture and asked for a replacement which also came smashed. Think it was probably a case of poor product and bad delivery service. Wouldn’t use again.
