The idea behind it is really good but I was disappointed in the black and white articles as a bit distorted, not clear, seemed like bad copies, that's what kinda made me feel a little embarrassed giving it as a gift, and made it look cheap when really it was not

I ordered a photo frame. Delivery was quick frame looks nice.... But... It was through normal post came through letter box bang on the floor. When i opened it luckly it was not broke but the frame was not protected at all... No bubble wrap no tissue paper. Nothing.

Bought a wall clock as a 50th wedding anniversary gift for my parents. The mechanism didn’t work. To try to rectify this, I was sent a replacement clock mechanism to fix myself. This didn’t work, so I was given a refund. Totally unacceptable
