The oil is really good for helping with relaxation and easing pain so I can sleep better. During the day I use the balm. It really helps the back pain, but so far not much improvement (if any) in the arthritis in my feet. Not sure if I should use it several times a day or once a day on my feet. Hoping for relief soon.

I ordered the gummies, the gel caps and the liquid in the orange flavor. I didn't notice much with the gummies and took 2 a day, but have noticed a difference in the gel caps which are 25 mg. My knee pain is so much better and I did a lot of walking on my vacation. Haven't tried the drops yet. Since this was my 1st order and I got a discount I wanted to try 3 different types.

The website incorrectly says 10mg CBD per gummy. The bottle does not mention CBD, instead says 10mg Hemp oil. That does not equate to 10 mg of CBD.
