I was expecting to receive a wig the same colour as the wig in the picture a light blond but sadly this was not the case, the wig I did receive was.dark brown and not suitable for a person of 91.
It cost me £97 import tax on top of the cost of the wig, v.a.t and another £20 to send it back to you
I am now awaiting a refund at your earliest convenience. I regret this transaction for obvious reasons.

We're sorry to hear! I looked into your order and see that you had selected the color Auburn Sugar, which is a dark auburn with golden blond highlights. If you were wanting the color that Rochelle is wearing in the display photo, that color is Frosted Taupe which is a light brown with a soft grey blend. This is my second Sheila, I had her in large but she was a little to large so decided to try average and she’s perfect. Sheila is very easy to wear, just shake and tease slightly with fingers, she has lots of lovely layers which is like my bio hair. Definitely recommend for a short layered wig.

I was looking for short, cute, white wig to wear during this hot summer and found exactly what I wanted in Tyra! I love the wispy back and although the top looks full, it is a low density wig. I have been spritzing my bio hair (underneath this wig) with water to make my head even cooler in this heat. Tyra is extremely comfortable to wear! Very low maintenance, too. I love this wig!

I’m ver y happy with my choice of Tay lor R wig. The color is very nice. its got a lot of nuance. Which makes it look real. I have trimmed the bangs but not yet have cut any more to make it look narrower….it is ,much wider that my own hair. I will be losing my natural hair in a couple of weeks due to chemotherapy so at that point will decide if I need to take anything away from the wig. I’ve. Looked at your videos on shaping the wig so hope I can do it justice. Thanks for this beautiful wig!

I have Shantel in Maple Sugar. The color is so pretty. Lots of soft highlights. Shantel is easy to make her you own. I love big hair so I pump her up. I do like Ro says. Make the fibers dirty. lol. I tease her up and spray her with Keep It There hairspray. I’ve been a customer since early 2000. I have 5 toppers and 4 wigs. I only buy my wigs and toppers from Godiva Secret. Keep It Clean Shampoo
I used Keep It Clean Shampoo to wash my new wig for the very first time and it came out great! The shampoo has a very mild pleasant smell and only leaves a hint of that smell on the wig after it's dried. I used a cap full and that seemed like enough.

What a great wig! It has movement, it is versatile and the iced mocha color is very pretty - just enough highlights to give depth and texture.
