I really, really loved the piece and was disappointed that it was just too blond for me so I returned it and ordered another mono long top in sandy silver.

Sadly, the Trixie that looks so good on other people does nothing for me -- it makes me look as if I'm a 4-year-old playing dress-up with my mother's wig. Just too much hair for my smaller face. I would, however, try it again if it were offered in a petite.

After many, many months of being undecided and afraid of making a purchase, I watched the video of Dani and Ro modeling the different colors of the Freedom wig many times. I ordered the frosti blonde Freedom wig and could not believe the wonderful texture of the wig--so much better than my own hair! Then I worried about how it looked on me. I watched more videos (they are SO helpful) of Dani and Ro trimming them, styling them, etc. I trimmed the bangs very slightly, spritzed it with water and followed all of their directions and I LOVE HOW IT LOOKS ON ME! The wig is first class quality but technique matters greatly. Watch the videos!

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box is the color - Red Spice. It is beyond fabulous!!! There are at least 3 different red tones - very closely matched - so it looks like real red hair - or that a million dollar colorist fixed your hair. Now all I want is to buy every Red Spice wig and topper made! The style is cute. I’m anxious to get to my salon and get it cut just for me.

I love this Alana wig. It's lightweight and very casual. I especially like the Velcro adjusters--much more comfortable than the bra strap kind.
I always cut bangs in my wigs. I use the hot air brush to round them. Even with the bangs cut, Alana still has those pretty, face framing swoops in the front. I part her on the right side, instead of on the left, which is the way she came. I think it gives a little more lift when parted like that.

Freedom in Silver Stone R is absolutely gorgeous! I have been looking for a new style that would be similar to Raquel Welch Trend Setter, but with less hair. Freedom is perfect in every way. I only had to trim the bangs a little bit. and it was good to go. The color is absolutely glamorous, something that can be hard to achieve with grey hair.
