I started wearing wigs in December 2021 after hair loss from severe eczema. I now have 13 Godiva Wigs, and the Taylor in Silver Stone is my absolute favorite. I wear it tied back a lot with wispy sides. People stop me in stores and on the street to tell me how beautiful my hair is or ask who my stylist is. I'm 72 and feel twenty years younger in my wigs. I can't say enough great things about Godiva wigs. Silver Stone is my go-to color and absolutely gorgeous.

My first purchase was the Rochelle in Irish Spice-R. The color is a perfect match to my usual everyday hair, which is great. I absolutely love the texture and style, but found it to be too much hair for me, so I went about the process of thinning it out a little at a time until it was perfect. I should say that in a previous career I was a hairstylist, so I had no concerns in the process. I did watch Danielle's tips and felt confident doing the tweaks. You can buy a good set of haircutting thinning shears and scissors at very reasonal prices. It was well worth the effort to essentially customize this wig for me! Since Rochelle, I've made four additional wig and topper purchases and am very pleased with each of them. Each one is a different style and shade and I'm having fun! As a 10 year Stage 4 - Thyroid Cancer survivor and will never have the amount of hair I once had.

I really loved the rooted Candace. I knew if I kept it, I would trim the length, so that was not the reason I sent it back. The color was Sugar Cane R, and it was real looking and just my color. But, up at the hairline on my forehead, it was way too much hair and it didn't look like me. I have thin hair around my face and I wanted it to look more like me and not like I was wearing a wig. So, I have returned it for the thin Candace. Hope it is more me.

Going from thinning hair to a full head of hair can sometimes be a shock and not what we were expecting. This can take a little getting used to. We suggest wearing your wig in small increments while you are getting used to it. However, we never want you to keep something that is not what you want. I'm glad you have returned your wig to give the Thin Candice a try and hope she is the one. Fingers Crossed! Thank you!
