I am seventy-seven years old and because of thyroid issues, my hair has begun to thin. Now some  people might say, "suck it up" because you are old and thinning hair goes with the territory.  Well, I may be a "mature woman" but I do not feel particularly old, nor do I want to look particularly old. I want to look and feel my best and that includes wearing make-up and keeping myself attractive.  A nice looking hairstyle is all part of this process but when your hair is thinning, a good haircut can only go so far. In addition, it takes so much effort to make my natural hair look stylish. So I decided to give wigs a try.

I live in a small town and there are no resources for wigs.  Initially, I was apprehensive about ordering a wig online.  However, after days and days of research, I finally discovered Godiva's Secret Wig.  The helpful and informative website plus the delightful mother/daughter videos encouraged me to trust this company
....... and I am so happy that I did.

When Rochelle and Danielle offered a new dark grey hair color, I was thrilled and quickly placed an order.  My hair is still dark brown but the color is dull and lifeless. Peggy - a dark grey wig with silver/grey at the front is exactly what I wanted.  It is absolutely gorgeous, natural looking and age appropriate.  Not only do I feel special when I wear it but my dear husband loves it and never fails to compliment me whenever I wear it. WIN - WIN for me!

My lone objection is that black onyx is only available in one style.  Please consider adding more styles.  I guarantee that I am not the only customer who will seek out this exception color.

I loved the wig but had to send it back. I too used to wear my hair like that, but I'm 75 and just can't pull off the look anymore. Just to much hair for me. I do intend to get another wig in a couple of weeks Something in a bob style. Sorry it didn't work out this time. Doris Casagranda

I really liked Christi but the color wasn't right. My hair color is white (60) and I wished and was hoping Christi had more color of white at top front. The wig was returned, which you should have received

[Color: Irish Spice-R] This topper is wonderful. My hair is so thin on top, but this topper looks completely natural and gives me confidence to be seen in public. I love it.

Abigail LF In Frosted Taupe has become one of my most favorite Wigs. The LF is fabulous.

I purchased the Freedom in a beautiful shade, I do love it but haven't worn it out yet, I did sew some clips in because I ordered the large, worked like a charm! My next one will be average size. I'm looking at Jenna now in moccachino, quality is superior! Thank you ladies!

Fit okay. Nice color, but so shiny it looks fake to me. That it also didn’t have the fasteners that I had seen on your videos. It’s okay but little disappointed in it.

Received my Sophie wig two days ago and am absolutely thrilled with it. I chose the colour Copper Glaze and it is gorgeous. I took it out of the packaging, shook it twice, put in on, shushed it a bit and off I went. My husband keeps telling me how beautiful I look and friends couldn't tell it was a wig, they thought my hairdresser did a fabulous transformation. Having suffered bouts of alopecia and thinning hair this wig has given me back my confidence. It is so comfortable I don't even know I am wearing it until I look in the mirror. I have to say a huge thank you to both Rochelle and Danielle for all their videos which encouraged me to take that first step into wearing wigs. I have already ordered my second one today. The only downside is that I take a petite size and my choice of style is rather limited. I look forward to a time when they introduce one or two other short styles in petite.

I now own 4 wigs and I Love Billie. All my wigs are in different shades and styles and I absolutely feel like a new person Everytime I put one on. I'm waiting for my fifth wig Kayla as it's been back ordered twice. Again a new shade. I'm very excited as I believe she is going to be my favorite. I can't thank Godiva Secret Wigs enough as I believe I may have seen you on my phone and I loved that you showed video of yourselves and all the other informative info. Had one bad experience with one wig I ordered from a still photo. The timing was perfect as I had noticed my hair was falling out and I was doing all I could to hide it. Come to find out it was a medication and could even lead Alopecia. I can't go without a wig at this point.
