The Katie wig is beautiful, the style/cut looks good on me, and Godiva Secret Wigs customer service is outstanding. I purchased it in Capuccino color only because they did not have the Expresso color available. The wig has moderate fullness, which makes it look natural. Unfortunately I had to return the wig because the Capuccino color did not suit me well. When I called Customer Service, I spoke to April, who was amazing in helping me find other wigs similar to Katie in the Expresso color, because I loved the style. April also helped me so I could quickly return the Katie within the return period. This is my first purchase of a wig, and my experience has been very positive thanks to Godiva Secret wigs. I also watched their YouTube videos before making my first purchase. I ordered 2 more wigs and currently waiting for them to arrive at my home. I feel that one of them or both will be perfect for me. [Color: Marble Brown-H] Ava is beautiful. I got marble brown-H. I told my husband I was thinking of getting a wig. I have no thyroid anymore so it’s an issue with hair loss. I could tell he was hesitant at the thought of wigs. I put Ava on and the first thing I noticed was that sparkle in his eye and that smile on his face was indescribable.
