Smooth Top Plus w/ Roots
I have a number of wigs and toppers from GSW, and this one is at the top of my list! My hair has finally grown out from my original brunette to gray but is too thin to wear alone. I was thrilled when GSW announced this enhanced topper AND they offered it in Moonlight-R, my favorite gray! I like a dark root (I know some don't but in my case I still have some dark roots, plus I like adding some contrast which I think is more flattering). My hair is long and the fuller coverage and length are perfect. I can easily blend it with my own hair around my face, making it the most natural piece I have. And it's easy to style into a pony or updo or braid since my own hair is incorporated. I also feel the most confident wearing it since I don't have to worry about my hair peeking out from under my brunette wigs. I definitely recommend it. In fact, I purchased another in the same color so I'd have a backup if/when I needed it.

My hair is such a weird length, and using the regular band still has my own hair poking out from the wig. It's not long enough to put in a ponytail, so the wig grip allows me to tuck my own hair under it and helps my wig to fit better.

I love my Christi in Mochaccino with roots..I would have given five stars but I found the cap to be a little larger than my other Godiva’s wigs. I plan to make the cap smaller with the U tube instructions. I also had to thin it a little on the sides. She is almost perfect!

I was a bit hesitant to order this in Smoky Frost, as I already had this in Sandy Silver. I thought with my pale skin it would be too dark. Took the chance anyway and glad I did. The color is a rich, darker gray with lots of shine. I put on blush, eyeliner and a muted red lipstick to liven up my skin tone. Looked in the mirror and thought, "Well, this is different, but I like it ". Hope Ro can produce more Smoky Frost-H pieces. The "H" highlights in Smoky Frost are beautiful!

I really love the subtle variation in the color (English toffee), the gentle layering, and the way the bangs come up off my forehead and easily stay off my face. There is plenty of hair, but it doesn’t feel like too much (she is low density).
I normally wear a petite size, but with a small modification to the cap, she fits well. I really appreciate the smooth mono top and the lace front. I always wanted to have beautiful long hair, and now I do!

I think at this point, I now have 8 regular Freedoms. To prove to myself that I wasn't in a rut, I decided to try the Lace Front Freedom in Nutmeg F. It's a perfect addition to all the others I have. I don't really notice that much of a difference, except that I don't have to concern myself about anything showing at my hairline at all. That's not really that much of a problem with my regular Freedoms, but with the Lace Front, it's no consideration at all! I am so pleased with my purchase. For me...Freedom really lives up to its name!

Thank you for getting back to me. Makes feel better just knowing that the mono wigs are not made with the metal clips and use Velcro. I’m not returning my wig. Now I will try again and readjust the “Velcro” straps and I’m sure it will work now that I understand how it’s made. Please forgive me for my inexperience
