The website needs an overhaul. The swatches of colors are not even close to the actual color of the item. I was so disappointed in the ponytail clip on they I recently purchases, but unfortunately it was a final sale. Oh well Halloween is coming maybe I can use it for yard decorations. The website needs to be reorganized by hair piece, then colors that it comes in, then styles, cuts lengths and head size. All of which should be cross referenced. You only carry about 4 large sizes. That is why I thought I would try hair pieces. The ponytail that I did buy looked like a dark reddish brown, but in fact it was almost blonde. I feel like I’ve been duped. Buyer beware!

Ordered 2 color swatches. Arrived in a timely manner.
Have bought wigs in the past and loved some and returned a couple. All were easy transactions and would recommend this company to other people

The Curly top marble brown topper feels soft and light. The colour is great as well.
It’s just a bit too pricy for a tiny piece like that. In all I paid $60.89CAD & $49.75 DHL Express Shipping plus Duty Free taxes at border $25.34CAD. Not worth it at all. I should have checked every before buying. Disappointed but thanks anyway!anyway.

They are very caring, trust, and loyal . Would order again they have brought back my life to go outside again. My hair was thinning after having covid didn’t know what to do. I went to doctors they have no idea I searched the internet and found Godiva’s secret what a blessing it came up.
I have helped others now on where to purchase wigs. Thanks so much for being there for us what a gift both of you and your staff are.

I am on wig #5! I've got 3 on my wish list. Every single time I've placed an order, I've received it within 4-5 days, which is super fast nowadays. I bought Aria & Candice from the Sale section. I can't believe they were there, because they're both great. Whoever cut bangs into Candice, thank you. I look forward to the Monday videos. I love the positivity of Rochelle & Danielle. They lift my spirits & are an encouragement. Congrats on the YouTube 100K!

I received my 3 sample color pieces and have made my choice. It's a good price to get the right color right off the bat. Now, have made my reservation to get the new hairpiece in August.
Thank you, love ya'll.

5 stars. I am not sure why Pete's name is on the order. I am Fran, his wife and I am the one buying the wigs. Love them and the topper too.. Maybe I used his credit card once. I originally came to the store for the first one and I had misplaced it and reordered it. LOVE the wigs

I have purchased two wigs, a color sample ring and shampoo and conditioner so far. I also referred a friend who purchased a wig who just started chemotherapy. I’m happy with the products and fast shipping. By the way, the video’s are great!

I purchased the Taylor Top in Iced Mocha-R. It is a perfect match for my hair, and I absolutely love it. In less than a minute I can leave the house with fabulous hair! My mom loved it so much she now has two Godiva Wigs and counting.

Shipping was fast and the wigs I purchased arrived as described. The videos for each helped me make decisions about which might be best to buy, which is a hard thing when you can’t try them on. I wish The color I liked was available in more styles, but I’m having fun experimenting with new styles. I do wish there were more wavy styles available — not so much curly and not so much straight. Most of us have some wave to our hair and it looks more natural, I think. I also wish more styles were available in transitional grey colors, like the Sandy Silver. Brown straight to silver or grey or white is kind of hard for me, personally.

Your no hassle return service has allowed me to try several styles/colors until I ended up with a mono topper that initially I never considered, but perfect in the hot, humid climate. My only wish is that they came in more colors. Your videos/client photos are extremely helpful. I’m now waiting for my Alana topper!

I could not be more pleased with Godiva's customer service. It has made me feel comfortable ordering because the return policy is good and quick at refunding. So now I will try ordering wigs (not toppers). I know there is a service charge, but it beats me taking a flight from OH to CA to see the wigs in person. Thank you!

I LOVE your hair pieces. I have purchased several nobody, including two hair stylists, have recognized them as hairpieces even when I said "Do you notice anything different about my hair today?" Great mono top pieces and great customer service.
