The case was too tight. I had to cut out the whole for the volume and power buttons because the case as constantly pressing on them and they would not work. I would hold the up volume button and the volume would go down. Very cute case otherwise.

I got the tough case and I wish it showed what it looked like with the monogram on the back. It defiantly didn't turn out how I suspected it to. On the tough case it doesn't fill the whole back and is more rounded then what the pictures show. There is also I large area of the white case framing the monogram it looks a bit silly for my taste. Over all it just wasn't what I was expecting. Cute idea though execution on the tough case not stellar.

The case I received was not like the picture. It was altogether much darker, very fake looking, and super glossy. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture and my husband agrees. The seller didn't seem too concerned about my being upset and when I asked for a refund, I was told I was required to send the item back using my own money, making it possible for her to resell it at no loss of funds to herself and at the expense of a very unhappy customer. Very disappointed with this transaction
