We are extremely happy with our golf dotz we always order from U. They remain on the ball & are visible for others to see when looking for a marking on the ball. We have been using golf dotz for 3 years already .

Hi Robert, we are very sorry you had an issue. . As your issue is not as hoped, I wanted to check a couple of things. If the temperature was warm (not just sunny, but over 55 degrees) you should not have an issue. In the FAQ we list some great information but here are the key things to note:
Apply dotz firmly and well in advance of play.
Use two hands one holding the ball, one thumb on the other hand to press firmly on the design for 5 seconds. You may also use a blunt object or our special applicator tool to really work the dotz into the ball.
Use dotz in conditions over 55 degrees. Warmer temps will be best and you can get the best performance, up to multiple rounds have been reported. (Wish I could keep a ball that long 😀) See our verified reviews.
Also on our FAQ you will see noted that some batches (but not all) Callaway Chrome soft can be a problem. Also the new Callaway Matte, and a Titleist Matte. Please know that golfdotz will work on matte balls from Volvic, Bridgestone, and Wilson. See the FAQ for more. https://golfdotz.com/pages/golfdotz-faq

Very happy with the design and color of the "Dotz" I purchased but disappointed with the adhesion, started to come off after not that many hits. After getting your response to my review I will apply your suggestions about applying the "Dotz". I do want you to know that I live in Wisconsin so when the temp hits 45 degrees we are out on the courses, summer is far too short up north. I won't use the balls with the dotz on anymore if it's not 55 or higher, thanks.
