Hi Carrie, we have been hit by the USPS delays as have many small businesses. We are replacing your order which was shipped on time and as we showed on the tracking, the USPS has let us down. They are overwhelmed by demand and we have been replacing lost orders at our cost which is hard however we do look after our customers. We also believe that your original order will arrive at some point as it is not lost, merely has not been scanned. Please keep this order as well. These are not normal times I am afraid so we are doing the best we can. We will ship your replacement order out tomorrow. Happy Holidays Golfdotz ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. Hi Carolyn, I am afraid the cold is the problem here. (See FAQ) In cold temps the special ink blend loses elasticity and will not last. It is better if you apply them firmly in advance of play and the longer they are left the better but best performance is in warm temps so save your other dotz for the sun 😀

Hi Linda, I am afraid we were a victim of the USPS on this one. (See tracking) Normally a week or less is typical. After the Cyber Monday it took them 5 days to even scan the package. As a small business we work hard to get the orders out as fast as possible, and it does hurt when our customers do not get the dotz as fast as we would like. Hope you enjoyed them in beautiful Hilton Head !
