I wanted to talk to a person. Tracy called me back. She was very interested and helped me get the coverage I wanted. Will use her again in August. Had a bad experience with travel guard used them for years they left a bad taste in my mouth and will never use them again. Shame on them

I have been working with GNI for more than 12 years, although from the beginning I contacted them by phone, I always was treated with very personal and gracious service and attention. Doug came to Indonesia about 10 years ago and invited me to meet him. What a gentlemen and a pleasure.
