Thank you so much for your review,
I am never too busy to make sure our customers are getting the attention they deserve and expect.
* Steve, I noticed you placed a one-starred review on our web site. As the co-owner of Good Neighbor Insurance (GNI), I always keep an eye out on how our training is going and how we can do better. Thus, your email stopped me in my current project to focus full attention on how we might have disappointed you.
* I talked with Beth, one of our GNI amazing team members, and we were able to look back into our history of what transpired. According to our records she emailed you the same day after chatting with you and sent the attachments as promised.
* As shown below, Beth sent the email with requested information that Priscilla requested the day of the conversation, March 4. This email was sent under 3 hours from the time Beth and Priscilla spoke.
* Steve, I am hoping you received that email. Sometimes, emails do go into "junk/spam" email boxes and maybe that is what happened here? Could you check for us please?
* We also do "resends" and had one ready to be sent out on March 11 to just check in and see if there were any more questions. However, we are determined to do even better. Thus, your review has helped us tweak our emails by sending a confirmation email "without attachments" right away (since sometimes emails with attachments "force' those emails to go into junk / spam email boxes), just to confirm. Also, I have asked our team to set up the "resend" email about 2-3 days from the time we sent out the first one, especially when it comes to phone call requests.
* Steve, I sure appreciate you bringing this to my attention.

Feel free and give me a call anytime. We don't use extensions since we like answering our phone in person, but ask for Doug and our team member will get me right on the phone.

gni is excellent. Last year at this time, I was looking for insurance as I was moving overseas. I contacted 20 insurance providers/brokers. GNI was the only one that really seemed like they wanted to help me. They gave good service then and have given good service this year at renewal time.
