I chose the basic shipping and after i checked out it said it was literally double and i tried to call and email you guys and never got a call or email and received the product but paid 75$ more for shipping i never even wanted. Still never even got a call or email till this day. Still waiting because i want a refund of my shipping miney I didn’t want to pay because I shouldn’t of had to pay it as soon as i saw the receipt I immediately called left a message and emailed and nothing its not like i waited days weeks or even 10 min after the completion time just very disappointed feel like i got robbed

Salesman Michael Simpson pretty much refused to call me back whenever he said he would. Had to call him literally every single time. All I wanted was some custom branding on tubes. Wound up becoming so frustrated with him that I ordered the tubes separately and contacted another company to make the stickers. I will be putting them on myself now.

Heres the good. Shipping is fast, and the products are as expected.
Heres the bad. I wasnt very happy about having the items inside the box clearly disclosed on the exterior. Bad enough that the name of the company is clear on there. I wont be shopping here again for a few years. My goal here was to create packaging for an investment meeting for when certain items become legal in my area, not to be on a watch list for illegal activity. I understand that you do do business in states where it is legal for recreational cannabis, but for those who live in a state that has yet to follow suit you would think there would be a little more discretion used.
Edit 5-29-18: i appreciate the response and am happy to hear that you have changed this policy. As said before, the items are great, the investors loved them and when the time comes we will place our orders with you. Best price and NOW best practices. Thank you.

Was charged $170ish extra for shipping. made several phone calls to correct the issue and was only told someone would call me back. Still have yet to receive a phone call several days later. Full amount is still being charged.
