Acceptable service I was called one day after placing my order, to let me know they don't have one of the products I ordered. I chose something else instead and I asked about the price difference. They told me I shouldn't worry because it's their fault they didn't have the product, and I won't have to pay anything extra. That was nice of them, except that the alternatives for what I wanted were cheaper and I had already paid. I received the package 3 days after the phone call. The products were of good quality, as expected.
