The device is absolutely wonderful. Support has been absolutely wonderful. From my perspective, the instructions that come with the device are over simplified and leaves the user with too many questions. It may be helpful to be more detailed about how the device works in the included paperwork. Please understand this rating is only because I really love the product and want to be honest so you can help more people get it. This was my first dry herb vape and While I didnt expect it, maybe it would be effective to also cater to the audience that wants more than just to be able to pick up and use it!

I first purchased a Fury 2 and loved it so much that I purchased a second for my wife. When Fierce was announced, I picked one up and love it even more than the Fury 2. Yes, it's pretty large for a pocket vape, but it is very easy to use, very solid, and produces excellent clouds. I'd probably prefer the new Edge, but it wasn't yet available. Your products are excellent, very well built, safe, and gorgeous. Your team is excellent to work with, as well. I recommend your products to everyone I meet (and to dispensaries from Oregon to BC)!

Been using the Fury 2 for 3 months and it works great! I appreciate the ability to set the exact temperature I want to vaporize at. Excellent product for the price. I recommend the water pipe attachment to get the most out of it! I am able to take large satisfying rips with it.
