I have had only the most fantastic experiences with Healthy Rips. The last time I placed an order with them, I got an email that it had shipped only half an hour after I placed it! I have emailed them with annoying questions and always received responses very quickly, that were helpful, thorough, and friendly. Their products are excellent as well; very well-made, pristinely packaged, and function just as they are supposed to. I even spilled a good amount of water into my Fury Edge accidentally - I thought for sure it was done for and I'd have to get another one, but it still works just as well as the day I got it. Man.. I wish I would've taken the plunge into vaporizers years ago now! However, I possibly would not have done business with these guys in that case and that would be a tragedy. My order came asap, everything was packed properly, and nothing was missing. I'd say the lack of a need to contact customer svc is better than having great customer svc.
