I think you guys did a phenomenal job with this product. While I have heard the battery is a major drawback, I never seem to run it out completely in a day. I am new to vaping my medicine, and the dosing capsules have helped me extend the product as well as being perfect for me when I am on the go to another house or an event. While new to vaping, I think I picked a very significant first product.
The delivery of my Fury 2 and components (WPA and Bubbler) was super fast as well! I appreciate it and will consider your company for future purchases should the need arise.

Disclaimer (if needed): This is my first, and only vape device, so far. So, this is a review from someone who hasn't tried any other device or brand, and I have no measure to compare.
With that said, I think this little thing is just awesome! It is fairly discreet, very much portable, and practical.
If there is one thing I love, is being able to really enjoy the taste of my herbs. Obviously, not the taste of it burnt, but the full aroma and taste of its terpenes.
The device itself heats up fairly quickly, and it can' get much simpler than the one-button operation. packing, disposing, and cleaning (when needed) are just as easy. Overall, it is an uncomplicated, flavorful and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
This, apart from what has so far been excellent customer service from the company reps. Friendly, approachable, informative and very helpful.
