I have been getting the Ribeye steak from Heartstone Farms for a year now. My children notice the difference! we have tried ribeyes at restaurants and other vendors and it doesn’t compare. Order the Ribeye and you will not be disappointed!

Ribeye Steak
I intended to do some steak shopping and came across Heartstone as my first farm to try…well needless to say, I have not shopped anywhere else because this steak is out of this world. I have been on a mission to cook a great steak and my household was almost in tears with when I made this Ribeye! Perfect marble, quality taste without being gamey. I absolutely love it!

Beef Tongue
heartstone farm is the best value, and more importantly, the tastiest calves tongue i have ever purchased, it has been in my salmistrata brine for 14 days, i will cook it friday am and can already tell it will be the bomb, of course i cooked an unbrined tongue the day it arrived, both for quality assurance, but also for pure hunger, and it was truly delicious. 10 thumbs up, if that is a thing? !!

Dear Farmer Dan.
We find your steaks to be delicious and we know to be healthy. We tend to find them on the thinner size and would prefer a bit of a thicker steak- just our personal preference- but not too much thicker. Thank you.

Ancestral Beef is our favorite for every day.

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
The flavor is unlike just plain old regular store bought hamburger. You feel like you are actually doing something good for your body. It has a rich bodied distinct flavor that reminds me of fresh game like deer. It does not have a strong gamey taste exactly but it is definitely delicious. To begin with, my wife added a pack of regular ground beef with it, she loved it. I can see where this would make some awesome chili. We normally buy organic grass fed hamburger from the store but this beef beats it in flavor.

Ribeye Steak
I didn't just want to put it in a pan and fry it, so I waited for my chance to fire up the grill. And boy was this steak worth the wait! It's been a while since the wife and I have been to a restaurant, but by my recollection, it was as good as, or better than any we've ever had. There was some left over, and the wife said it was even great cold.

Maine Maple Breakfast Kit
Not only a delicious collaboration with Mainly Grains with two boxes of pancake mix but Maine maple syrup and the best blueberry breakfast sausage. Always in my box, but made so much better with the added extras for a perfect pancake breakfast.

Chicken Drumsticks
Really great chicken drumsticks. I've cooked them on the grill, pan fried, and baked in the oven. The quality is very consistent, and the taste is excellent. Always tender and the skin crisps up nicely while the meat stays very tender and juicy. An excellent product!!

Ribeye Steak
Unlike many steaks, our ribeye steak was a melt-in-your-mouth tender and flavorful. Historically, we don’t eat a lot of beef . But that may be changing, thanks to our experiences within this and other Heartstone beef selections.

Ribeye Steak
It was delicious, well-marbled, tender. My husband cooked it beautifully and when he cut it, he said, “that is an excellent cut of meat!” We assume that the freezing was well done, as well, as it did not decrease the quality at all.

We’ve been receiving a subscription box for many months now and our favorite steaks are the ribeyes! You can’t beat the flavor and sadly for our pups, there are never any scraps to share. So grateful we found you guys!

Ribeye Steak
I recently tried the ribeye steak from Heartstone Farm, and it was absolutely delicious! The marbling was perfect, resulting in a rich, juicy, and flavorful steak that cooked up beautifully. It had that ideal balance of tenderness and bold beefy flavor that you hope for in a great ribeye. You can really tell the difference in quality—this is clearly meat raised with care. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
