I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent cuts of beef I've received. Not only is the quality of the meat outstanding, but knowing it was raised and produced sustainably gives me a new level of confidence and peace of mind with every meal.

Chicken Vegetable & Rice Soup
Got a nasty cold last week. I threw this most excellent chicken rice soup in my crockpot to help fight it off. I will be stocking up next order to get me through the hardest month of winter!

Grateful to have such high-quality, regeneratively raised grass-fed beef from the East Coast.

Chicken Wings
So much meat on these wings unlike the chain grocery store wings. Popped in the airfryer with some seasoning and they were delicious. Definitely buying them again

Burger Patties
I was so excited to learn about Farmer Dan and Heartstone Farm from Maine. Having lived in southern Maine for seven years, I couldn't believe I could get pure grass fed, organic, high quality meat down in CT. We ordered filet mignon steaks and burger patties. They arrived quickly, completely solid and tasted outstanding! I also received complimentary hamburger meat, a magnet with handy meat cooking temps and informational pamphlets. Don't hesitate to purchase the best quality meat around. Thanks Farmer Dan and Heartstone Farm!!

Traditional Pumpkin Pie
I decided to add on a pumpkin pie to my meat box this month. I'm glad I did. My sons loved the pumpkin pie. It was simple to bake when needed and was great to have on hand.

Farmhouse Beef Chili
The stew was fine. I have no complaints...however, for my taste, it was less than gteat. I won't be ordering again when I can make a chili myself that I like more. I am sure that many will disagree, but though I warned that I didn't wish to review this chili as I was not impressed...I was asked again to do so.
SO, this is my honest review. There is nothing wrong with this chili. It is not, to my taste, a great chili.

Blueberry-Maple Sausage Links
Ok I admit it. I bought the blueberry sausage out of curiosity. While it could uses little less spice for me, it’s still hands down the best sausage I’ve ever eaten. I’m sorry I only bought one pound!

STOCK UP BUNDLES
We recently got a bundle order from Heartstone and it was just amazing. Best burgers ever, they cook up perfect every time. The breakfast sausage are the best we have had, I put them in the toaster oven to brown, then pour some of the fat into a pan to fry the eggs.............so good!! We also got some Denver Steaks, tender and that great meaty flavor, my one tip, souv vide first for two hours at 130, then into a sizzling pan for 30 seconds on each side, all the sides need to brown. You will love it!!

STOCK UP BUNDLES
During Heartstones recent stock up sale I bought 12# of ground beef and 5# of breakfast sausage. Having extra ground beef in the freezer is always HANDY and breakfast sausage, something I rarely buy, is a special treat. Top quality meat and I’m buying local.
