Stew/Kebab Meat 1 lb
Heartstone stew/kebab meat is a staple in my monthly meat shipment. I use it every week in meals for my family. No matter what recipe it is used in- soups, stews or a quick casserole on a busy night- I know I am providing a good nourishing flavorful meal for everyone to enjoy. Thanks Farmer Dan!

Very delicious scallops! Clean protein source. Not gritty whatsoever. Cooked up rather easily in my cast iron skillet.

First in class quality of grass fed beef. Beef cubes for stew was so tender and flavorful. So full of flavor that the veggies weren’t even necessary.

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
This is the best ground beef I have eaten. We used it for burgers and for a bolognese and the flavor and quality is exceptional. It makes me so happy to support a farm that cares for its animals from pasture to plate. My family and I feel so much gratitude every time we sit down for a meal because we know we are supporting a farm that raises livestock with respect.

I am noticing the difference buying from Farmer Dan then buying in a supermarket. I will hopefully never have to buy supermarket meat again. Thanks Farmer Dan

Chicken Breast Tenders
The chicken breast tenders are great! We use them in our stir-fry. They’re so tender and taste so good. I wasn’t able to eat chicken for a few years because store bought chicken made me feel sick. This chicken doesn’t give me any of the bloat or side effects that the store bought chicken did. We are never going back!!

Chuck Steak
I made this for dinner tonight. Used an old family recipe. Seared the steak. Then used a baking bag. Added small cut carrots and small onions. I added about 1/2 cup of beef broth.
Seasoned with kosjer salt, freshly ground pepper and a good amount of fresh thyme.Cooked it at 275 degrees in the oven for over 4 hours. Sides were roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a small salad. It was so tender and delicios.

Sirloin Steak
I’m picky about red meat and never order a steak at a regular restaurant. The sirloin steak we cooked from Heartstone was amazing. Tender, juicy and tastes so fresh. I feel healthy after eating it and can’t wait for my next order to get here!

They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. My husband loves this pie so much (and the blueberry) that we must have them in the freezer ready to go at all times!

CHICKEN BREAST TENDERS (1 lb)
I used the Heartstone chicken breast tenders and made Smokey Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders that were so juicy, tender and delicious 😋
I usually get a couple pounds of chicken breast and no tenders but after having these tenders I am going to be adding these as a staple in my future orders!
I can’t wait to get more next month!!
