Traditional Maine Wild Blueberry Pie
There is a difference, you know , between Maine blueberries, and other blueberries. Maine blueberries are the best! This pie was simply delicious and the crust is substantial.

Wonderful Chicken Soup

Spatchcock Chicken
This chicken provided wonderful flavor for the broth while the meat was very tender. The added benefit of the chicken soup is its flexibility and versatility. It’s great on the day of cooking and be be saved for later often tasting better as all the flavors blend.

Strip Steak
These strip steaks were delicious. The cuts were thicker and had a nice fat to meat ratio. They taste buttery and tender compared with store bought steak.
