These pork chops were quite literally the best I’ve ever had! Even the little parts of fat on the cut were delicious! My 1 year old, 12 year old and 14 year old all agreed. My pan could only fit two at a time so I cut one to split it between us and we couldn’t wait for the other one to be done. I will be ordering these with every order. These pork chops exceeded my expectation!

I love this ground beef with organ meat. It’s a great way to incorporate organ meat into our diet without even thinking about it. I usually just make burgers with this- my daughter’s favorite. But it’s can be used for anything regular ground beef is good for.
I was a little concerned it would taste too strong for her (she’s 10) but she can’t tell the difference in taste, and it makes me feel good knowing we’re all getting a more solid nutritional profile with organ meat. Not to mentions supporting farming the way it should be done.
