This is my favorite cut of steak I look forward to in my box. The meat is tender and juicy and grills fast for a medium rare. I like knowing that it comes from pasture raised cows that are grass fed and not pumped full of antibiotics or mrna vaccines. I tell anyone who mentions anything about being concerned about meat at their local grocery store--hey, I get my meat from Heartstone Farms now so I don't have to worry about mystery meat anymore. Then I tell them how to sign up. A family run farm you can trust, and actually get a real person on the phone!

Our relatives had a cheap store bought ham for Easter but not us! I can see why people who are used to the processed stuff say this is too much like real meat, itâs high quality and worth the price. Nothing is cheap anymore anyway so may as well have something good. The subtle glaze is yummy but my mom made a raisin sauce that was a great accompaniment. Can eat cold out of the fridge, make sandwiches, breakfast or pea soup out of the leftovers. Warm is even better.

I received my order everything was frozen. I really like the ground Beef. The Ribeye Steaks the last two time has been tuff. The order I received in December we had the steaks for Christmas dinner and could not eat them they were to tuff. The order I received this past month we had for Sunday dinner we could not eat them they were to tuff. that is my choice of steak. I will continue to order the Ground Beef but will pass on the steaks. I really dislike writing this because I like Farmer Dans.

I purchased this spiral ham for Easter dinner and it came out absolutely delicious! I didn't add anything to it besides water to the crockpot and cooked it on on low for 4 hours. It was not only tender and juicy but it was also sweet and savory. My entire family really enjoyed it! I am even plated up a couple plates for a couple friends to enjoy! I was so excited to dig in, that I almost forgot to share a review before eating and before I finished putting everything away and plating some the leftovers.

I was skeptical about getting this ham but I was very happy. I have just recently gotten other meats as well from here and let me tell you I've been very pleasantly surprised how good everything is. My daughter and my husband aren't super fans of ham and they loved it. My husband said it was the 1st time he didn't bite into ham and it was full of salt. And he was absolutely right. I followed the instructions that came with the ham & also the link you provided was so helpful. The ham was delicious!! Came out perfect! Cooked 2 œ hours as it was 8 pounds. Kept in deep pan to cook, covered with foil & left the gold foil on as directed. It cooked perfectly!! I did a video too on it for you!!

I have been ordering The Turkey tenderloins from Farmer Dan for a while now. My favorite way to cook them is to lightly salt each tenderloin and then rub a thin coating of mayonaise all over them. Bake between 350 and 375 covered for approx 20 minutes then remove cover and finish baking approx 10 min. They turn out very juicy and tender as well as quick and easy.
