Chicken Leg Quarter
So I recently had some friends over and have been telling them about Heartstone Farms meat and such. I decided to grill up the chicken leg quarters as they are a bit sensitive to beef. I used simple seasoning, nothing crazy so they would appreciate the flavor of the chicken vs the seasoning. Salt pepper and a dash of garlic and kept it light. They loved the chicken saying best they’d ever had! And I couldn’t agree more! I find myself over seasoning store bought meats to compensate for the blandness…not with heartstone farms, the meat does all the talkin’…actually, no one is talkin because we’re all enjoying what we got from y’all. Now, I just need to get more to come to your company. Chicken leg quarters will now always in our subscription. Thank you!!!

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
My wife and I typically eat ground beef or bison but decided to try the ancestral blend ground beef. We love the nutritional value of the heart and liver blended into it, and it’s some of the best tasting meat we’ve had. Doubled the amount for our next shipment.

Farmhouse Beef Chili
This Chilli is incredible! Very meaty with a nice balance of beans, onions and seasoning. It has a small back of tongue kick, but not hot. So delicious. Love the boil in bag method, ezy-peazy from freezer to table in 15 minutes. Added more to my next order!
