Beef Heart - DISCONTINUED
High quality products. The only farm I could find that offers pastured, grass-fed/finished SHAVED steak - I’m making the BEST philly cheesesteaks ever, with it. The care and quality of life of the creatures that gift us with nourishment matters - a great deal. I feel good about eating the food from this farm.

We loved your burgers! Very tasty! And we appreciate that the cattle are grass-fed and treated humanely. Thank you so much for the wonderful products you offer. We have been eating the shaved steak recently as well and love it!

I was worried these might taste a little funny but they were absolutely delicious! Just the right amount of blueberry flavor but not overpowering. My wife loved them too!

Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
Since my mother’s cancer diagnosis, I went down a rabbit hole of really finding out where our food comes from and really conscientiously looking at ingredients. We came across Hearthstone awhile ago and I am so glad we did. I’ve learned to create our favorite foods at home, that we would normally order out….like pizza. And, our family’s health is all the better. Instead of using pork sausage like I normally do I decided to try it with the turkey sausage…. The result… absolutely delicious! We made enough for two pizzas, a turkey sausage and pepperoni and a deluxe pizza. We also used the left over turkey sausage to make omelets the next morning. We will definitely be ordering this particular product again!

Bone-In Pork Chops
The pork chops from HeartStone were the best chops I have ever had. They were full of flavor and so tender. I don't usually eat pork chops, but now I will order them regularly.

Strip Steak
I recently purchased several cuts of meat from Heartstone Farm, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality! Every cut I tried, from the steaks was incredibly juicy and tender. It’s clear Heartstone farm takes great care in sourcing and preparing their meats, ensuring each piece is flavorful and succulent.
One thing that stood out to me was how the meat maintained its moisture during cooking. Whether I was grilling or roasting, the cuts stayed tender, making the cooking process so much easier and more enjoyable. The texture was perfect, with each bite melting in my mouth. It's rare to find meat this fresh and well-marbled from a company that consistently delivers on quality.
Overall, if you’re looking for premium meats that offer exceptional tenderness and juiciness, I highly recommend!

We received our first subscription order - got a little bit of everything. It came quickly, well packaged, and the quality seems great. I really like the ancestral blend beef with liver/heart added. I can’t handle organ meat straight but it’s so healthy and good in the blend.
