fajita - perfect cut

Fajita Meat
I recently ordered and used fajita meat. The meat was cut perfectly and melted in your mouth. I ordered 2lbs of it. The first pound I over cooked and it was still good! The second pound I cooked much better and it came out even better. Both melted in your mouth thou and were not chewy.

Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
This is the best turkey sausage I've ever had! Just the right amount of sage flavor and not dry as poultry sausage tends to be.

Sirloin Tip Steak
Our family just love the sirlion tips! We've grilled them with roasted vegetables, as well as placed them in my dutch oven on the stove and slowly, at a low temperature, created my mother's recipe of melt-in-your-mouth stew beef! Heartstone beef is truly the best beef. So satisfying. I'll never buy beef in a grocery store. Heartstone Farm is the bomb!
