The chicken soup is so amazing we enjoy it year round. Also perfect time to complete a summer hot dog with some of the mouth watering chili.

⭐️ Short Ribs - 5 lbs - Subscriber Special
This was our second order of short ribs. It is a great weeknight dinner, cooked in the crockpot with barbecue sauce, and am planning some other preparations as well. I hadn't had short ribs in more than 20 years and never prepared them myself, so I have nothing to compare it to but memories of my dad's cooking. I am happy to have them on the menu, and even happier to have them from Heartstone Farm. I have been happy with the variety and quality of the meat products we buy from them.

Premium Ground Beef
I keep buying these when I get a chance. They are delicious with a dollop of butter-- add some Emmentaler cheese. We like them on "cloudy" buns. I will continue to purchase these delicious burgers because they are the perfect size and the flavor is out of this world.

Beef Heart - DISCONTINUED
Recently bought beef hearts from Farmer Dan. Hearts are hard to find. I found these from Farmer Dan in Maine. Great quality fast shipping. Also bought some of their hamburger patties. Great quality. Support our small farmers.

CHICKEN BREAST TENDERS (1 lb)
I wanted to love these tenders because I’ve been very happy with everything else. These are not as pictured, they are very thin almost like slivers of chicken. I wish I had taken a photo. The chicken “tenders” cooked fast, still very tasty and the color of the chicken was what I would expect from a healthy happy chicken so that’s good. As much as I love everything else in my order I sadly won’t be getting these again.

Blueberry-Maple Sausage Links
Easily pulled a few to thaw. Cooked in the air fryer and they browned up wonderfully. Delicious flavor not too sweet or greasy.

Country Smoked Bacon (Uncured)
This bacon was tasty and cooked quickly. I prefer a thicker cut of bacon from a local shop.

Today I slow cooked these short ribs according to
a recipe. Smelled wonderful and were very tasty, however I will not order them again as there was an abundance of fat and grease and a lot of waste. Sorry.

Flat Iron Steak (10 oz)
With the soaring costs of groceries and dining out I decided to purchase meats directly from a farm. My first purchase included this flat iron steak which was absolutely delicious! And, with the buy one get one free offer from Heartstone it was a great value too! I’ve already placed my second order from Heartstone!
