The Farmer Dan Meat Box
This is the first time I have branched out to order meat. I love local fruits and veggies and have a neighbor who makes sourdough. Options to improve our meat has been limited. I grew up near an Amish community, where fresh meat was a staple, and let me tell you - the first bite of the first meal tasted just like HOME!!! SO GOOD!!! And the ability to adjust the contents and reach out for assistance is a blessing in this AI-world of ours. From start to finish, they walk their talk!

The bacon I received in my order was very tasty. As good as any other bacon that I have cooked. Cooked on top of the stove. Next time I will cook it in the oven.

The Farmer Dan Meat Box
I order monthly meat boxes, I love that I can adjust the shipping schedule and I can change up the items that come in the box each month to suit the needs of my family. I also love that I can switch between the larger and the smaller meat box if needed. As always, the quality of the meat is my priority and it never disappoints!

Steak Burger Patties
The 6 oz beef patties are excellent. This time I quick fried some then put them in my instant pot with raw onion and beef broth. The family when crazy over them I could have made all 15 at one time and I don’t think there’d be any leftovers either. Very good.

I received my first subscription box full of protein. Everything so far has been great! The shaved steak was delicious and cooked up easily and quick. The ground brisket is a nice alternative to hamburger. I look forward to trying everything else I ordered.

Bone-In Pork Chop
The pork chops are meaty and flavorful. Also, the blueberry pie is so good, full of blueberries not filler like most others I have tried. Even better than my homemade pie!

Thank you so much! We love hearing that you enjoyed the pork chops — and wow, “better than homemade” for the blueberry pie is about the best compliment we could get. We truly appreciate you!

Farmer Dan's Meat Box
This was my first order. I have been researching meat home delivery because grocery store meat is not healthy, animals are not raised humanely leading to subpar meat. I decided on Farmer Dan’s because they have turkey tenderloins and their ordering was the simplest. The ordering allows me to have complete control. The chicken breasts and stew meat were delicious. I gave a 4 star because the turkey was slightly tough and I would prefer burger patties (and ground beef too though I have not tried it yet) to have a little more fat content.
Update: tonight's turkey was better.

Free Air-Chilled Chicken Breasts For Life (1 lb.)
Received our first order from Farmer Dan and were more than pleased. Hamburger was great, much better than any store bought. Loved the Hamburger Patties! Chicken Breasts were outstanding, no grizzle and very tender. Have not tried the Turkey Tenderloins yet, but plan to soon! Will be readjusting my order for next month to try the steaks!

Cooks up very nicely and only a small amount of fat rendered. Has a good flavor and so much better than most ground beef found in the supermarket.

Stew/Kebab Meat
I find the stew/kabob meat to be a little tough but I cook it in my power pressure cooker and it comes out as tender as pot roast.
