Flat Iron Steak (10 oz)
I carefully cooked this on the stove top, and I do know how to cook beef. Our particular cut of Flat Iron Steak was a bit fibrous and chewy, but it's possible that we didn't cut against the grain which we didn't think about at the time. The flavor was good and everything else we've ordered has been outstanding.

Joy - I am sorry to hear about your experience with your Flat Iron Steak. One of the things in particular about the Flat Iron - and this is likely something you already know - is that cutting it against the grain makes a huge difference. I've had plenty of steaks where if I didn't cut against the grain they were really chewy. Also, we often recommend marinating the Flat Irons to help break down the connective tissue. Since it was not satisfactory for you, I have issued you a refund for the Flat Iron. Thanks for letting us know! - Dan
