best short ribs!!

⭐️ Short Ribs - 5 lbs - Subscriber Special
My 5lb order ended up being closer to 7lbs when they arrived. I was a little nervous about making that much (my recipe only called for 4) but I improvised a little bit and they ended up being the best short ribs I’ve ever made! They came in doubles (2 rib bones per piece) and i left them together. Browned and then slow braised in a Dutch oven for 4 hours. They were delectable. I love getting meat from Heartstone because I feel good about supporting their farming practices, and I feel even better feeding my family high quality nutrition from well cared for animals that enjoy a high quality of life… we should all be so lucky.
Thanks Farmer Dan!!

BURGER PATTIES (3 pack)
Well to say that the burgers were tasty would be an understatement. Burgers had great flavor and were very juicy. They were definitely one of the best tasting burgers I have had to date. Packing was great and arrived frozen. Easy to defrost and thrown on the grill! Definitely worth it .

Filet Mignon
I haven’t tried the Filet yet but my husband has & said it was delicious! I’m looking forward to mine this week. 100% grass fed is recommended to me by my doctor due to thyroid issues & it’s just a healthier option.

Chicken Wings
I bought these wings bc I bought a new air fryer & this was going to be 1st trial dinner. I thawed the wings & prepared as directed. They were delicious! They came in a 5 pack & they are not skimpy with the amount of wings in each pack. I feel confident in air frying the next pack tossed in a different flavor! I highly recommend to everyone who likes wings to give these a try. Great price as well! Win Win!!

EXCELLENT ANCESTRAL BEEF

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
So happy to have found a high quality beef that ships to my home. Grocery stores just do not carry this quality of meat. The meat in the package is actually ‘bloody’ and pink which indicates its freshness. Flavor is tremendous + health benefits of meat organs is an added bonus.

Hand-Trimmed Turkey Tenderloins
First timer here trying Heartstone ground beef. First of all, I’d like to rave just a bit about the packaging. It’s great! Everything was packaged beautifully! Delivery couldn’t possibly be any better than it was either. Very prompt! Oh, and my beef chili, well it was fabulous! I think I’m a bit smitten with Heartstone.💕

Bone-In Pork Chops
Highly impressed! These are the tastiest pork chops I've ever cooked in my life and rival some of the tastiest chops I've had in Europe. Heartstone Farm’s quality is truly amazing. I’ll never buy grocery store chops again!

CHICKEN BREASTS (2 Pack)
I really like this chicken which actually is supplied by common wealth poultry in Gardiner. But it’s too expensive. With my subscription if I got all chicken (10 choices for $149) that’s just about $15/lb. I like supporting local and the chicken is far superior than the grocery store but my budget can’t support this price any longer

Ground Beef
Honestly we got a side of beef in 2022 and it was really good. But quality is declining and I have cancelled my subscription. Ground beef is fattier along with other cuts, mostly fat. Not as flavorful.

In an effort to be better stewards of our planet and eat ethically sourced meat I found Farmer Dan at Heartstone and I'm so thrilled. The taste of this meat is out of this world. Even if I didn't care about the environment and quality of life of animals, this stuff is just really GOOD. Can't wait to try everything.

Chicken Breasts
These Chicken Breasts beat store bought by far. They are tender and juicy, not tough or pumped up with antibiotics or extra water. I plan to reorder them with my next shipment.
