Great Tasting Beef

Farmer Dan's Burger Box
. If you’re tired of wasting your money on tasteless beef you need to start spending wisely and the best way I have found to do that is to order from Heartstone Farms!!! I was making a casserole one day and after browning my beef I tasted it to check for seasoning and what I tasted was nothing…absolutely no flavor of anything whatsoever! So I decided it was time to check other options online. I came across Heartstone Farms. After reading their reviews I decided to give them a try. I had nothing to lose at this point in time. What a great decision that was. The beef is very flavorful. It’s tasted the way beef used to taste. Give them a try. You will be very glad you did!

The Maine Box - 34 Pounds of Steaks and More
We ordered the Maine box to try out the meat from Heartstone farms after searching for a better meat supply. Regenerative farming techniques and proper care were important to us. After researching the farm we were ready to give them a try and they absolutely did not disappoint! Had our order next day shipped to our door. Freezer sealed and ready to be packed away. We have tried everything from the ground beef, steaks and the roast and have been amazed by the flavor and smooth texture. Everything has been so tender. One thing we noticed is we like to make our own tallow and when we did it with the fat from this beef, it was clear and not the yellow tint we have been used to from supermarket meat. The quality is absolutely above none. If you are looking for a local meat supply you can trust then make that order and don’t look back!

Brisket - Live Event Special
I was thrilled to see Dan's special on Brisket, a cut that's dear to my heart, so I jumped right on board at the special price, which actually brought high-end Brisket down to a reasonable cost :-) And the meat lived up to my expectations in every way, eminently braisable and richly flavorful :-)

100% Grass Fed Hanger Steak
The last time i got hanger streaks i didn't realize you had to trim out the center membrane. This time, with the help of a Youtube video, after trimming and a quick marinade followed by a pan sear and oven finish, we had some of the best steaks we ever ate! Juicy, flavorful and tender, definitely ordering a bunch more!

Ancestral Blend Ground Beef
Shipping was supper quick and everything was packed amazingly. I ordered a subscription box, the chicken box, and 10lbs of the ancestral ground beef. Was a little disappointed because the chicken wings were missing from the box but I was grateful that customer service was fast about refunding the cost of the wings. Will definitely order again! Thank you!!

Beef Kidney - DISCONTINUED
We did a varied order as our 1st one to try this place out. What I was most impressed by was (i) how beautiful the beef kidneys were, and (ii) how lovely and fatty the pork chops were. Both of these items can be such a challenge to find in grocery stores - beef kidney are difficult to find at all, and pork chops in grocery stores are often cut too thin with most of the fat removed leaving them terrible shadows of what they could've been. Thank you so much to Heartstone Farm! We'll definitely be ordering again!
