I used these to make duck confit, and they were amazing! So meaty and juicy, with perfectly crispy skin. I would definitely order these again!

Maine Surf and Turf - Valentine's Day Edition
I was surprised to see the size of the lobster. It was very small so I was glad I stuffed it. The beef filet mignon did not look at all like the cut of meat in the picture. When it was not frozen it looked much like a thin piece of meat. I still enjoy the other meats available, but would not buy a special like this again. Thanks

Linda -Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I apologize that the size of the lobster and the appearance of the beef filet mignon did not meet your expectations. The lobster tails in the package were 5 oz - as indicated in the product description.
We are glad to hear that you still enjoyed the other meats available, and we hope that you will give us another chance to exceed your expectations in the future. - Dan

Hot Italian Chicken Sausage Links
I thought the hot chicken sausages had a wonderfully spiced taste. They had a nice spicy affect. They did brown a bit on the outside casing, which is good, and perhaps a little dry in texture, which is probably due to them being more lean.

Sweet Italian Sausage
This sausage exceeded our expectations. Sweet, mild, and flavorful, we mixed it with ground beef to bring our favorite meatloaf recipe to a new level. I has spoiled us. The sausage has a beautiful combinations of spices and herbs that we look forward to in our next dining adventure.

Keep Your Head Warm Beanies
I remember back in 2017 before this whole online ordering was a thing and it was just farmer Dan and emails. Always the best choice meats. From how the animals are cared for, what they are fed and what they eat, to the people who handle them daily and care for them, the way they are loved for, and the way the cuts are aged accordingly, ever bite to every cut I've had has been excellent. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Farmer Dan and Heartstone Farm.
