Burger Patties
I’m extremely pleased with everything I’ve purchased from Heartstone Farm to date. The 100% Grass Fed Burger Patties I received are delicious, and the customer service from ordering, to packing, to shipping, to email notifications… simply outstanding!

I am about halfway through trying out everything I purchased with my first order from Heartsone a few weeks ago. Yesterday I grilled the two ribeyes I purchased, and my wife and I both loved them. They had great beef flavor, and were very tender. I definitely plan on buying more of these steaks.

Short Ribs 3 lbs
As a new cook this piece of meat looked like nothing in any recipe I researched. It looked like a fatty piece of baby back ribs. I’m so confused!

Hi Roberta - Thanks for your honest feedback. For starters - short ribs are fatty. In fact, they might be the "fattiest" cut of beef we sell. That said, I love them and the fat is a big part of the flavor profile. But they need to be cooked low and slow (very slow) - but it's a different kind of prep and cooking required. Here's a recipe I've used for absolutely delicious short ribs!https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/recipes/a9435/braised-short-ribs-heaven-on-a-plate/

Farmer's Grill Box
Tried the hamburgers I bought. They were really delicious. One suggestion. Would have enjoyed them better if they were quarter pounders. They were a little thin and cooked too fast. We like to see a little pink in the middle. So I couldn’t judge when they were done.

Heartstone Grilling Assortment
I have received 2 orders from Heartstone. The first one was the grilling package and the meat was excellent. No comparison to the regular supermarket meat. I just received my second order of the special cut box and can’t wait to try the steaks. I’m sure they will be amazing.
